Meet the CEO

Trevor Pawl was named the first permanent Chief Executive Office of the Louisville Economic Development Alliance in February 2025. Trevor brought more than 15 years of economic development experience to Bourbon City, and previously held key leadership positions at Michigan Economic Development Corporation, the Detroit Regional Chamber, and most recently at the State of Michigan where he served as Michigan’s inaugural Chief Mobility Officer.

Under Trevor’s leadership, LEDA’s mission is to make Louisville the best community in America to build a thriving company, a rewarding career, and a fulfilling life.
